WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? 

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to Canada and the United States! 

 

RETURNS:

Presales are final. If the size that you ordered does not fit, you can send warehouse@oxygenyogafitness.com with the order number and pertinent information.

A return label will be sent to you, and once we receive the product back (with tags on) and for activewear it must be returned with the item bag that it came in, once the item is received, our team will process the return and you will be offered an exchange for a larger size or a credit via the oyf warehouse e-gift card to go towards your next purchase.

If the item is damaged you have 14 days to claim a replacement, if applicable.

A 5% restocking fee applies to any returns.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made on our OYF Warehouse website. However, refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The original packaging must be intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Activewear 
  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Items without their original tags or packaging.

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at warehouse@oxygenyogafitness.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s) to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 5% may be deducted from the refund amount for returned items that require extensive inspection or repackaging.
